The two peers began arguing back and forth. Aiden attempted to intervene and help de-escalate the situation. During the exchange, a peer made comments regarding Aiden's deceased cousin, which caused Aiden to become emotionally escalated and attempt to confront the peer.</p><p>Staff were already positioned between the students and intervened immediately to maintain safety.
