AI Summary

New
I updated the team on Zane’s progress, noting that he has now gone 12 days without any major consequences. His therapist initially suggested scheduling a review board, but after seeing this positive trend, they agreed it’s no longer necessary at this time. Zane also engaged well in yesterday’s ISA group, contributing thoughtfully and staying involved throughout. Given these improvements, I responded to the inquiry about an overnight pass, indicating that his current progress supports considering one. I will continue monitoring his behavior and participation to determine when an overnight pass can be safely granted and will keep the team informed of any changes.

I'll leave that up to you and how he is progressing according to White's guidelines. I always leave that up to the staff and facility, but prior I definitely thought he had no business having a pass due to behavior. Robbins Update Kyla, On my end I would first need to see how things are going in therapy to make sure no concerns on that end, and then hear from Michael his thoughts. Michael, feel free to email me directly regarding this. On Wed, May 27, 2026 at 9:50 AM Kyla Robbins <kylarobbins01@gmail.com> wrote: That's good to hear. I was off Friday and Monday for Memorial Day weekend to go camping with my family, but before I left I had already sent notifications out to the treatment team that we may need to schedule a review board for Zane. To be clear, his therapist was actually the one who initially approached me about looking into holding one. This morning, however, his therapist emailed me and stated that Zane has now gone 12 days without any major consequences and feels that a review board is no longer needed at this time, which is definitely encouraging progress. In addition to being Zane’s case manager and residential supervisor, I also help facilitate therapy services here and run the weekly ISA (Intensive Substance Abuse) group sessions. Yesterday, Zane participated very well during the group. He shared some insightful thoughts, remained engaged in the discussion, and overall contributed in a positive and meaningful way. Naturally, I cannot discuss specific things said during group, but I will say that his participation was relevant, thoughtful, and showed good engagement in the process. I wanted to make sure you both heard some positive feedback, as he has been making improvements lately.
