I’m planning to meet with him tomorrow and have a very direct conversation about his recent behavior. I intend to be clear that if this pattern continues, we may need to consider a 30-day consequence. While we are not at that point—and not particularly close—I do want him to understand the seriousness of the situation. In the meantime, I am working on scheduling a review board for next week to better assess how we can support him and help set him up for success. One concern I’ve noticed is that he appears to be modeling some of his behavior after another student whose conduct has been more severe, which may be influencing his choices. Hello, I would like to speak with him. Is there any chance that this could be arranged in a form of documentation so that I can file these with the Court? Not sure if you can, but that would be helpful. I would like it to mention all behaviors since being there. I will put it in a narrative form, with a list as well.Attached is April's Monthly Report, I just had it approved a couple days ago, I wrote it two weeks ago, so a lot of the behaviors have happened since that time.
